Our Policy: No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (groceries, perishables, and consumable items), and to maintain strict hygiene and quality standards, we operate under a strict "No Return, No Exchange" policy.
Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review your order carefully at the time of delivery and before checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We have a rigorous quality control process. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, expired, or incorrect, you must report it to our customer service team within 3 hours of receiving your delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence. Our team will review your case and, if validated, will offer a suitable resolution in the form of a replacement or a store voucher. No claims will be entertained after the 3-hour window.
